Cool Furnishings Arise From Cold War Refuse

From the delightfully twisted mind of Estonian artist, Mati Karmin, comes a dark collection of everyday furnishings crafted from discarded Cold War-era Soviet marine mines. His dystopic vision isn't without merriment. In fact, his work seems to find whimsy in these corroded, brutal mechanisms of death and destruction.  My favorite piece is the pram with grenade mobile, but I would love to be typing this right now from the desk - if only the floor could support its weight. http://www.marinemine.com/
