Video of a "ghost" caught on a cell phone camera at a hospital morgue somewhere in Columbia. To me, it looks like someone backing up and coming closer to a pane of glass, possibly holding something in his or her hands - like a baby. There are also some distortions to the architecture of the passageway that make me think we're not seeing things as they appear. Again, possibly because of filming through a pane of glass.
RRR is correct, it would explain the awkward camera movement as it moves into the hallway. It's an old technique and one used in late Victorian and Edwardian theater to create "ghosts" on stage. It's still used at Walt Disney World in the "Haunted Mansion"!

Pretty tall too.....movement is awkward and does not seem to fit the space....
Isn't the image a reflection in that pane of glass you surmise, Cullan?
And then the door with the glass is opened and the camera goes into the hallway....

I had that one pegged as a fraud too. Pretty simple technique, but as Barnum said, "There's a sucker born every minute..."
